粉蒸肉:
1.梅花肉切片或小排骨用豆瓣醬、酒、糖 、香油醃入味, 再加入蒸肉粉拌勻〔用紹興酒更香〕
2.蒸盤先鋪上地瓜,再放肉片,電鍋外鍋水1杯半蒸熟。
